Shipping & Delivery (Australia)

We offer flat rate shipping of $12.95 AUD on all Australian orders under $150.
Free standard shipping is available on all Australian orders over $150.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, promotions, or new releases, dispatch may take up to 2–5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking number, allowing you to track your delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days after dispatch

• Regional & rural areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Additional Shipping Information

• We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post

• Deliveries occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

• Once a parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delays are outside of our control

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch
